Dog Guard of Ohio always offers a “Trade-Up” special for our customers to trade-in (we prefer to think of it as “upgrading”) any other brand of dog fencing.

If your current underground dog fence system is no longer working reliably, upgrading to a Dog Guard system provides a more consistent and serviceable solution.
Dog Guard of Ohio offers a trade-in option for existing systems, allowing you to replace older or underperforming equipment with updated components and a newly configured boundary if needed.
Trade-In Program
When replacing a competing system, trade-in credits are available for key components:
$25 credit toward a Dog Guard® T-4 transmitter when trading in an existing transmitter
$25 credit toward a Dog Guard® receiver collar when trading in an existing collar
Trade-ins include proper disposal of old equipment and setup of new components as part of the installation process.
What’s Included with an Upgrade
Upgrading your system may include:
Replacement of outdated transmitters or receiver collars
Evaluation of existing boundary wire and signal performance
Reconfiguration of the boundary layout if needed
System testing and setup to ensure consistent operation
